 The Japanese Village in Berjaya Hills is the first of its kind outside Malaysia that sits in a tranquil and peaceful environment fringed with verdant rainforest. At 3,500 feet above sea-level, the Japanese Village offers a calming experience to visitors who come to enjoy the cool air and absorb the calm ambience into their senses. There’s also a pleasant souvenir shop with Japanese handicrafts and memorabilia to visit. Japanese culture flows through the scenic footpaths, pebbled garden, waterfalls, koi ponds and the rest stops.  There is a horse stable in Berjaya Hills which conducts exciting horse-rides for visitors and seasoned riders alike. The horses have been specially chosen for their docile and gentle temperaments. These include the ever-popular Quarter horse, the sturdy Australian stock, unique Arab-Draft Cross, the popular Appaloosa, the tough Standard Bred and the very special Palomino sisters. Their relaxed and calm dispositions make them great horses for riders of all levels, ensuring trouble-free and peaceful sessions. Riders are brought on different trails through shady forests, countryside meadows, along streams and other natural terrain based on their experience level. The Horse Trails also provide camps for horseback activities such as treasure hunts, gymkhanas and obstacles races that double up as lessons in improving horse-riding skills. Beginners can take up lessons and be awarded certificates upon successful completion. On another note, even children can ride horses in a special lead ride around the paddock.
