Tioman Island may be accessed by air and sea. Berjaya Air is the only airlines service that flies daily to Tioman from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore through its 48-seater Dash 7 airplane. On the other hand, you can take a bus, cab or drive to Mersing or Tanjung Gemok and board a ferry from there. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. You can also hire a speedboat to quicken your journey to the island.
